Strange; his daughter Karen Lee Sowden (John) of Mather; his grandchildren, Frank Justin Sowden (Nichole), Ashley Dawn Woodby (Justin), Chase Tyler Sowden (Karisa), Jack Sowden (Danielle) and Jimmy Sowden; his great grandchildren, Miles, Dominic, Trenton, Landon, Nathan and Sam; his sister Lois Shelton of Jefferson City; his daughter Kimberly Dawn Romines Crowe; and his siblings, Richard Lee Romines and Claudene Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
