Phillips of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Brave, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Morris and Blanche Morris Westwood (Strosnider); her children, Kimberly L. Woods (John) of Carmichaels, PA and Kenneth R. Phillips II of Waynesburg, PA; her grandchildren, Nathan Phillips, Chelsee Miller, Cody Austin Phillips and Kelly Woods; and her great grandchild Abby Phillips.
