She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bartock and Rose Bartock (Haberer); and her brother Freddie Bartock. She is survived by: her children, William G. Kerr, Jr. (Tonya) of Mt. Union, Diana L. Kerr of Carmichaels and Donna K. Waine (Freddie) of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Dawn Marie Clark (Anthony), Dr. Vaughn L. Mankey (Celina) and Freddie Waine, Jr. (Bre); her great grandchildren, Alex Clark, Braylon Clark, Aiden Waine, Colton Waine, Harrison Mankey, Easton Waine and Greyson Waine; her brothers, Joseph Bartock, John Bartock, Eugene Bartock and Anthony Bartock; the father of her children William G. Kerr, Sr.; and her close friend Ronald Morris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Carmichaels and Cumberland Township Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 123, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
