It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendy S. Spicer of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul and Marian Bernice Mazutis (Rocco). She is survived by: her husband Kevin J. Spicer; her daughter Erika L. Mason (Grant) of Asheville, NC; her sister Amy J. Mazutis of Carlisle, PA; her siblings-in-law, Kim, Chris Filardi, Kristie and Joe Wuycheck; and her father-in-law Otis Spicer.
