Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Erle Minich and Ethel Waggoner Minich; her husband N. David Rahal; and her son-in-law Michael R. Stiltner. She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Rahal (Jill) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Susan R. Stiltner of Carlisle, PA; and her grandchildren, Chelsea A. Rahal, Holly C. Stiltner and Nicholas M. Stiltner.
A reception will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Carlisle Country Club (1242 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland County Historical Society, 21 N. Pitt Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
