Welshans (Carlisle, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillaire Welshans and Kathryn Welshans (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Colleen E. Welshans (Morrow) of Carlisle; his children, Jennifer White (Terry) of Mt Holly Springs, PA., Cory Welshans (Serena) of Alexandria, VA. and William Welshans (Megan) of Selinsgrove, PA.; his sister Beverly (Marlin); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Kathryn, Matthew, Jacob, Brandon, Isabella and Tabitha. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church (647 Forge Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015).
