He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillaire Welshans and Kathryn Welshans (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Colleen E. Welshans (Morrow) of Carlisle; his children, Jennifer White (Terry) of Mt Holly Springs, PA., Cory Welshans (Serena) of Alexandria, VA. and William Welshans (Megan) of Selinsgrove, PA.; his sister Beverly (Marlin); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Kathryn, Matthew, Jacob, Brandon, Isabella and Tabitha. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
