He is survived by: his wife Monica; his brother Theodore III (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Theodore IV, Matthew (Gabriel), Kathryn (Mike) and Eve; his close friend Dan Corkle (Jolien); his extended family, Christina Howard (Michael), Christopher Houston (Barbara) and Stephen Houston (Nancy); and also, Brooks and Hudson.
