She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Wisotzkey and Ruth Wisotzkey (Taylor); her husband James B. Clifford Jr.; and her son James B. Clifford, III. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Miller (Stacy) of Dillsburg and Douglas R. Clifford of Newville; her sister Sandra Hall of Goldsboro, NC; her daughter-in-law Tammy Marpoe of Carlisle; and her grandsons, Derek and Brandon.

Memorial contributions may be made to Project Share food pantry in Carlisle.
