He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah M. Wisotzkey and Albright; and his wife Betty Wisotzkey (Woodrow). He is survived by: his sister Dolores Rayment (Donald); his niece Adrienne Spirt-Jones (Richard); and his nephew Brian Spirt (Tomi-Lyn) of Maryland.
