He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Sr. Kelly and Geraldine Kelly (Stahlman). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte L. Kelly (Chaney); his brothers, Franklin Kelly and Maxwell Kelly; his children, Jeffrey Kelly (Chub) of Carlisle, Robert Kelly III (Dianne) of Carlisle and Fawn Robinski (Dave) of Carlisle; his grandson Cory Kelly (Julie); his children, Justin Kelly, Trent Reisinger (Colie) and TJ Reisinger; his siblings, Jeane Schad of Hyndman, Carole Petty of Amissville, VA, James Kelly (Jeanne) of Berryville, VA and Mike Kelly (Penny) of Markham; his sister-in-law Marty Barnhart of Hagerstown, MD; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Dylan, Emma, Miles and Ronnie; and his nieces and nephews, Herbert Schad, Joni Cook, Alton Kirby, Jimmy Kelly, Jenny Powell, Bobbie Jean Sewell and Brooke Kelly.
