He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Miller and Vernal Miller (Goshorn); his wife Marion Miller (Snow); and his son Todd Miller. He is survived by: his children, Terry Middlekauff of Carlisle and Ted Miller (Cindy) of Carlisle; and his grandchildren, Tami Reynolds of Shermans Dale and Troy Middlekauff of Marysville. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Benevolent Fund at Chapel Pointe and also Homeland at Home Hospice, Harrisburg.
