He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Mentzer (Rank) of Carlisle; his brother Ronald L. Mentzer of Shippensburg; his niece Shawndel M. Staruh (Jeff) of Mount Holly Springs; and his nephew Barry L. Mentzer of Newburg.
