He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lindsey and Claire Lindsey (Freeburn); and his sister Carole Kuhn. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Lindsey (Shultz); his children, Bonnie and Christopher Lindsey (Kim Hill) of Charlotte, NC; and his brother John Lindsey of Harrisburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
