Rebecca W. Ritter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca W. Ritter of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rebecca leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rebecca may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Wasson and Corrine Wasson (Walburn); her husband Arthur E. Ritter; and her siblings, Thomas Wasson and Patricia Wasson.
She is survived by: her children, Geary Ritter (Lorrie) of Portland, ME and Becky Bowling (Joseph) of Carlisle; her brother Samuel Wasson of Douglasville; and her grandsons, Joshua Ritter and Tristan Rovito. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Westminster Memorial Gardens (1159 Newville Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013).
