He was predeceased by: his father Newel Zeigler. He is survived by: his mother Grace Zeigler (Kirkpatrick) of Carlisle; his children, Randal E. Zeigler (Danielle) of Newville, Ryan Zeigler of Carlisle, Shannon Robson (Kevin) of Mechanicsburg, Brandi Zeigler (Shawn) of Carlisle and April Zeigler (Lucas) of Mechanicsburg; and his siblings, Wayne Zeigler of Carlisle, Fonda Zeigler of Carlisle and Darcey Swarner of Carlisle. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
