He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Peffer and Hilda Peffer (Wolfe); and his siblings, Harold Peffer, Shirley Shughart and Lois Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann Peffer (Fink); his daughter Winter R. F. Detwiler (Michael) of Carlisle; his siblings, Wayne of Carlisle, Marlin of Carlisle, Lloyd Peffer of Carlisle, Betty Garman of Carlisle, Doris Sarber of Carlisle and Joyce Stine of Mechanicsburg; and his grandsons, Ace and Jett Detwiler.
