He is survived by: his wife Doris Hysick (Kistler); his children, Keith J. Hysick of Lebanon and April L. Smith (Matthew) of Etters; his grandchildren, Nathan Smith and Kyle Smith; and his siblings, Eddy Hysick of Richfield and Susan Hurley of Royersford.
