It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy J. Shenberger of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson and Pollie C. Himes (Wagner); her husband Ivan E. Shenberger; and her sisters, Betty Hamm and Margaret Himes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Junkins (Fred) of Mechanicsburg, Howard Himes (Martha) of Harrisburg and Harold Himes (Linda) of Mechanicsburg; and her nieces and nephews, Angela Vidic (Dan), Carrie Singer, Elaine Davis, Madalyn Drew, Scott Junkins (Elyse) and Steven Himes.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel Pointe (770 S Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
