He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Bolen and Laura Bolen (Kuhn); his siblings, Billy Bolen and Beverly Crater; and his grandson Kenny Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Bolen (Brownawell); his children, Paul Bolen (Deb) of Boiling Springs and Laura Wagner (Ken) of New Kingstown; his grandchildren, Matt Bolen, Nick and Ryan Bolen; and his brother Sonny Kuhn.
