He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Higham and Nancy M. Higham (La Rosa). He is survived by: his children, Britney Higham (Robert Young) of Mechanicsburg and Daniel Higham (Erica Bury) of New Oxford; his granddaughters, Allison Young and Raelyn Young; and his siblings, John Higham (Kathy), Franklin Higham, Elizabeth Folloso, Nancy Ward and Angel Higham.
