He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville R. Martin and Mildred Martin (Foltz). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Martin (Richcreek); and his siblings, Barbara Martin of Maryland, Sandy Santos of Maryland and Dave Martin of Florida. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
