She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Kurtz and D. Jean Kurtz (Griffie); and her brother Edward Kurtz. She is survived by: her husband J. Lynn Hoffman of Carlisle; her children, Kelly Bluman (James) of West Point, NY, Sara Walker (Nick) of Carlisle and Tyler Hoffman (Joy) of Cheyenne, WY; her brother Brian Kurtz (Kim) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Joshua, Daniel, Alyssa, Luke Bluman, Aidan, Cameron Walker, Anna, Sophia and Eloise Hoffman; and her mother-in-law Laura T. Hoffman of Mechanicsburg.
