She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fahnestock and Alice Fahnestock (Weigle); and her husband James Lawson. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Shafer of Louisiana and Todd Shafer of Carlisle. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; and two sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hollinger Funeral Home, 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 to defray funeral expenses.
