He is survived by: his family, Easter and June; his son Jimmy; his wife Susan Rahal Stiltner of Carlisle, PA; his children, Holly C. Stiltner of Carlisle, PA and Nicholas M. Stiltner of Carlisle, PA; and his siblings, Edward C. Stiltner (Paige L.) of Edgewater, CO and Kim S. Gosseen of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
