He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Weibley and Florence Weibley (Peterman); his son William Keene; and his siblings, Robert Weibley and Marie Black.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Weibley (Bailes); and his children, Lori L. Jackson (Jeff) of Gray Court, SC, Linda M. Brian (Todd) of Mill Hall, PA and Robert Keene (Amy) of Maiden, NC. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and two nieces.
