She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph A. Rhinehart and Ruth Irene Rhinehart (Lehman); her husband Robert Forrest Welker; her daughters, Nancy M. Welker and Kathlene K. Welker; and her siblings, Ralph Jr., Raymond, James, Richard Rhinehart, Margaret Myers and Clara Mummert.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Rhinehart (Louann), Chris Welker (Tosha) and Jennifer Welker; her stepson Robert Welker (Vicki) of Carlisle; and her sister Virginia Shepard of Carlisle. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
