She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chester Sheaffer and Martha A. Sheaffer (Wagner); her husband Paul D. Horn; and her siblings, Ronald Sheaffer and Jean Yohn.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie A. Blain (Steven) of Carlisle, Stephen P. Horn (Lori) of Carlisle, David P. Horn (Libby) of Amarillo, TX and Michael P. Horn (Jodi) of Dillsburg; and her sister Christina Fadness of Tarpon, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
