It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret M. Gallagher of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wallace and Sarah Wallace (Phelan); her children, Margaret Gallagher and Hugh Gallagher Jr.; and her brother Kevin Wallace.
She is survived by: her husband Hugh J. Gallagher; her daughters, Kathleen Sexton of Myrtle Beach, SC and Therese Hilliard of Mechanicsburg; her sister Rosemary Evans of Newburg, NY; and her grandchildren, Thomas Gallagher, Ryan Sexton, Jacob Hilliard, Megan Mayer and Sarah Hilliard. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
