Levi William Tanger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025, at the age of 88, Levi William Tanger of Carlisle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tanger and Esther Tanger (Thorton); his wife Carole Kay Tanger (Brandt); his daughter Sheila R. Morda; and his brother Lawrence "Ed" Tanger.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherrie K. Worley of Carlisle; his granddaughter Danielle Swope; his great grandchild Alyia; and his sisters, Vonnie McGuire (Harry) of Mechanicsburg, Bonnie Tanger of Mechanicsburg and Kay Enneking (Tom) of Saint Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens (1915 Ritner Hwy, Carlisle, PA 17013).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Heart Association.
