Lana K. Provazzo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lana K. Provazzo of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lana K. Provazzo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mahoney and Aliene Mahoney (Gross); and her brother Louis Mahoney, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Vincent Carmelo Provazzo; her children, Anne Marie Miller (Kenneth) of Carlisle and V. Christopher Provazzo (Beverly) of Hummelstown; her grandchildren, Olivia, Lane, Carson, Vincent, Nikolas and Joseph; her siblings, Cheryl Reynolds, Patrick Mahoney and Sally Canazaro; and her siblings-in-law, Rosina Provazzo, Judy Mahoney and Richard Canazaro. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
