He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cunningham and Mildred Cunningham (Oberholtzer); and his wife Susan Cunningham (Kreiser). He is survived by: his children, Jen Colna (David), Sally Conlin (Shane), Kelly Cunningham, Kenneth Cunningham (Melanie) and Katie Banks (Shane). He is also survived by several grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers; and a sister.
