She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woodburn and Esther Woodburn (Heberlig); her husband William J. "Billy Joe" Wagner; and her son David Scott Wagner. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Shellenberger (Palmer) of Carlisle; her grandson Chance M. Wagner of Shippensburg; her daughter-in-law Mildred Wagner of Shippensburg; and her brother Bill Woodburn (Gail) of New London, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the BIG Spring Presbyterian Church (25 S Corporation St, Newville, PA 17241). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
