She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin L. Bubb and Romaine Sophia Ford (Little); her husband Charles Melville Winter; her son Dale L. Prutzman II; and her siblings, Charlotte Worley, Raymond and Kenneth Bubb.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela R. Mountz of Carlisle, Tracey E. Priddy (Bill) of St. Helens, OR and Kerry L. Prutzman of Hanover. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
