He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Cynthia L. Iozzo. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Keeney of Carlisle; his children, Robert A. Keeney (Mary) of New Cumberland, Ala, Eugene S. Keeney (Terri) of Carlisle and JoAnn K. Eichelberger of Carlisle; and his stepchildren, Timothy C. Powell (Cathy) of Carlisle and Pamela D. Powell of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
