It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel B. F. Clepper of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Irene Knarr (Chestnut). He is survived by: his father Joel L. Clepper (Lorraine) of Harrisburg; his wife Rhonda Duncan (Jayden); and his stepbrothers, Jason and Jeremy Trostle.
