With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane D. Harker of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Bayonne, New Jersey, who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Simmons and Mary Simmons (Mitza); her husband Edward W. Harker; and her brother Robert Simmons. She is survived by: her son Joseph G.; her grandson Trevor Harker; her sister Judy DeHay; her nephew Dean Blanco of Bordentown, NJ.; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Edmondson, Gail Harker and John Harker.
