He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Carns and Katherine Carns (Coulson); his wife Beatrice Carns; his brother Robert Carns; and his sons, Mark A. Carns and Martin B. Carns.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Lyn Wallace and Machell Farner (James); and his brother John Carns (Brenda). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, Ltd. (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens (1921 Ritner Hwy, Carlisle, PA 17013).
