She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen V. Evans and Christine Evans (Cornman); her children, Allen Theodore Lewin and Dawn Pauline Brewster; and her former husband William Edward Lewin.

She is survived by: her children, Lani Ann Williams of Florida, Denise Maxine Barner of New Jersey and Shawn Michael Lewin of New Jersey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
