It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenn M. Gross (Carlisle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Glenn may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Glenn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Ellen; his brother Bob Gross (Mary); and his brother-in-law Howard Ratzlaff. He is survived by: his wife Emily (Green); his stepchild Harley Green (Sarah); his stepgrandsons, Jacob and Liam; his stepdaughter Rachel Green; and his sister Linda Ratzlaff. He is also survived by brother-in law Robert Bear as well as many nieces, nephews and "adopted" children.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Middlesex Reformed Mennonite Church (54 N Middlesex Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013).
