He was predeceased by: his parents, Christy Salisbury and Dorothy Salisbury; and his wife Sharon Salisbury (Eby). He is survived by: his siblings, Maryann Delancey, Thelma Fink (Carlisle), Ken (Newville), Den (Carlisle), Betty Mentzer, Lori and Patricia Salisbury.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to American cancer, Diabetic Association or Grane Hospice.
