Frances K. Wetzel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances K. Wetzel of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Engle and Mamie Engle (Brouges); her son Ken Wetzel; her grandson Sam Gitt; and her siblings, Glenn Engle, Bob Engle, Clyde Engle and Corrine Kingsborough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karon Keeseman of Newville and Kimberly McGowan (Ron) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Tammy Gitt, Keith Derr, Jason Wetzel, Justin Wetzel and Shannon Robinson; and her sister Virginia Foltz of Carlisle. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Victory Tabernacle Church (472 E North St, Carlisle, PA 17013).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Victory Tabernacle Church.
