She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Evans and Dorothy Evans (Hinton); and her siblings, Joseph Evans, Donald Evans, Robert Evans, William Palmer, Thomas Evans, Ernstine Davis, Carlotta Wilson, Linda Baker and Dorothy Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Damita Pugh-Evans (Antoine Pugh-Evans) of Carlisle, Dorthia Evans McBride (Adrian McBride) of Bunker Hill and Vonetta Rae Thomas of Carlisle; and her sisters, Clara Evans of Carlisle and Yolanda Hodge of Dover, DE. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
