It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Foor Jr. of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Cathy Foor (Benner); and his sister Brenda Love. He is survived by: his fiancée Becky Warner (Frank); his sons, Ron Wombacher, John Foor, Matthew Foor and David Foor; and his siblings, Mark Foor, Christopher Foor, Gregory Foor, Beckie Beck, Denise Bailor and Danielle Weidley. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
