He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. R. and Dorothy Macke; and his sister Deborah Kippenbrock. He is survived by: his spouse Maribeth; his children, Ross (Ramayne) of Carlisle, Luke (Tasha) of Dillsburg and Suzanne of Arlington, VA.; his grandchildren, Magarrin, Gavin and Harper; and his siblings, Gail and James R. L. Macke.
