He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fisher and Blanche Irene Fisher (Hays); and his siblings, Jimmy Kulla, Dick Bartos, Albert Fisher, Jr., Robert Fisher, Joseph Fisher, Marguerite Ostrander, Beverly Miller, Kay Hockensmith, Scarlet Lichtenberger and Connie Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene J. Fisher (Luttrell); his children, Kimberly Gross of Carlisle, Tammy Laughman (Marlin) of Newville and Todd Wiser (Wendy) of Shippensburg; his grandchildren, Amanda Page, Stacy Garman, Kraig Wiser and Derek Wiser; and his great grandchildren, Jordyn Page, Addisyn Page, Jaxton Garman, Brynlee Garman, Brently Wiser, Riley Wiser and Beau Wiser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Darlene to help with funeral expenses.
