He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Spotts (Wolfgang) of Carlisle; his children, David Spotts (Amy) of Mechanicsburg, PA. and Pamela Spotts of Powhatan, VA.; his grandchildren, Kyllington Knot (Kolin) and Sienna Mumper (Dillion); his great grandchildren, Andrea and Addison; and his sister Patricia Austin.
