She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foster and Elizabeth Foster (Smith); her husband Leon G. "Mount" Ramsey, Sr.; her son Leon G. "Lon" Ramsey, Jr.; her siblings, Beverly Floyd, Clara Thomas, Robert, Henry, James and Eric Foster; and her great grandchild Jaiden Carnes.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Ramsey (Amber) of Carlisle and Vinette Powell (Melvin) of Carlisle; and her siblings, Larry (Anna) of Carlisle, Richard Foster (Stephanie) of Carlisle, Evelyn Smallwood of Carlisle, Barbara Collins of Carlisle, Sharon Wansley (Donald) of Harrisburg, Vina Stokes of Harrisburg, Karen Amerson of Carlisle and Sarah Byers of Carlisle. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
