He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Haffly and Ethel Haffly; his wife Vada Armolt Haffly; his stepdaughter Sandra Hyser; and his siblings, William Haffly and Marleen Grove.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Dorsey (Ed); his stepdaughters, Dianne Nelson (John) of Plainfield Twp and Cathy Emerick (John) of Plainfield Twp; his siblings, Georganna Rupp of Carlisle, Doris Jean Trayor of Hampden Twp and Frank Haffly of Carlisle; and his sister-in-law Sarah Wonders. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
