It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Williams of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lehman and Cecile Lehman (Lightner); her husband Charles M. Williams, Jr.; her daughter Linda Starner; her stepmother Mary Lehman (Kolb); and her half-sister Phyllis Line.
She is survived by: her daughters, Char Williams-Clouse (Randy) and Lisa Donovan (William); her grandsons, Trevor Donovan and Michael Starner (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Lucas and Max; her brother Russell Lehman; and her half-sister Virginia Franklin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
She was also a Republican Committee woman and was involved in volunteering for the Bubbler Foundation and was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church, Boiling Springs.
