With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Willis Swope of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Wood, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Swope and Virginia Swope (Everetts). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Swope (Dick); his daughter Lydia Smiley (Rob); his grandchildren, Parker, Easton and Ella; and his sisters, Nancy Watkin, Carolyn "Mae" Swope and Penny Plank.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. P. O. Box 214, Broad Top City, Pa. 16621 to assist with final expenses.
